We are seeking a Junior Art Director to join our team and assist with the development of advertising assets for a wide range of industries. The candidate will have 2-3 years experience and must be conceptual, collaborative, strategic, and capable of crafting big ideas and experiences, and executing them across all channels (direct mail, digital print, video, social media).
In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a true passion for, and understanding of, what drives consumer behavior.

Digital Media Buyer

Overall Objective
This position is responsible for coordinating digital media planning and buying efforts within assigned campaigns in conjunction with Digital Media Planners and Supervisors.  The Junior Digital Media Planner/Buyer effectively interacts with internal and external teams across several advertising disciplines including media, account, creative, billing, and traffic.
Day to Day Duties

  • Communicate with media partners, sales contacts, and agency contacts across multiple offices
  • Assist team with digital media planning and buying responsibility for assigned campaigns supporting regional event- and retail initiatives
  • Work with digital media team on development, negotiation, implementation, tracking, and optimization of digital media campaigns including most or all of the following:  online
  • display banners and video, site-direct buys, online ad networks/DSPs, behavioral targeting, rich media, mobile, and coordination of budget tracking
  • Master use of online media campaign/tracking tools including DoubleClick’s MediaVisor/ DART and proprietary agency billing system
  • As directed, create, distribute, and follow up on media estimates for client approval
  • Coordinate with separate traffic team to ensure digital buys implement properly
  • Assist with entering media campaign billing information into agency systems as needed
  • Handle media vendor requests for payment confirmation and/or detail; elevate requests as appropriate to other digital media team members
  • As directed and overseen by the Digital team, develop and present POVs and media analyses to agency team and clients
  • Coordinate with digital account team on creative asset needs/availability and appropriate landing page/linking for individual media placements as set up in MediaVisor/DART
  • Facilitate keeping entire media group and clients current on interactive issues and marketplace/technology developments

Required Skills

  • 4-year undergraduate degree in advertising, marketing, media, digital media, or similar
  • A self-starter with ability to quickly learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks and work with a broader agency team as a digital media expert
  • Previous internships in advertising, media, or digital are a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with MS Office:  Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Demonstrated presentation and writing skills

Digital Strategist

Multi-channel Digital Strategy Team is responsible for development and management of digital strategy for Adklix clients.
The team answers key questions such as how the customer experiences brands across all channels and how digital interactions fit into it.
Team associates have experience in digital media, technology, and how trends affect marketing and gaming industry. Primary responsibilities of the Digital Strategist are to work under the direction of a Senior Strategist to ensure that marketing initiatives remain strategically aligned across customer touch points and technologies throughout the execution lifecycle
The role requires

  • Act as a liaison between strategy and execution teams
  • Understand client objectives in the context of in-market technologies and initiatives
  • Leverage analytics and research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights and craft strategic points of view
  • Co-create and present digital strategy to internal and client constituents
  • Ensure that digital projects briefs are strategically aligned and that all team-members understand the brand digital strategy
  • Communicate with third-party vendors and agency partners to ensure strategic alignment across the marketing footprint
  • College degree
  • 5+ years of related experience in the digital marketing/communications industry
  • 2+ years in Gaming

Web Content Specialist

We are looking for a Web Producer to help with the operation of a subscription content service as well as revamping client’s web site.

Candidates should have 1-4 year(s) prior web experience with a thorough understanding of how to configure editorial web content& sites, strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Responsibilities Include: 

  • Updates to the site using content management tools.
  • Track site defects while multi-tasking being able to work with resources across departments to resolve issues.
  • Liaison between Business, Editorial and IT teams, Coordinate and traffic deliverables from 3rd party resources, Manage and track site enhancement projects.
  • Write project documentation for new site functionality and marketing campaigns
  • Reply to customer inquiries via email
  • Weekly subscriber and traffic reports via Google Analytics,
  • Document and track subscriber acquisition and retention metrics,
  • Assist with creation of marketing assets including: Email templates, Banner ads, and landing pages.

Required Skills:

  • MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint.)
  • Basic competency manipulating graphics using Adobe Photo shop.
  • Experience working on web content management system (ie: Interwoven, Ektron, Word Press.) — SiteCore experience a BIG plus.
